Farewell Futuregrapher

Writer: Frosti JonssonFrosti Jonsson

Farewell Futuregrapher is a compilation album dedicated to the memory of Árni Grétar Jóhannesson, best known by his artist moniker, Futuregrapher. A pioneering force in the Icelandic electronic music scene, Árni was renowned for his innovative sound and was also one of the founders of Möller Records.

Árni was the driving force of the Icelandic electronic music scene for over a decade, leaving behind a legacy of music, generosity, and unwavering support for the artists around him. This compilation album is our humble attempt to say "thank you"—as much as it is our way of saying goodbye. Proceeds from the album's sale will go to Árni's son, Jói and Krummi.
